Recording Secretary – our long-time Council Secretary, Becky Curtis, is stepping down and the Council is now looking for a member who would be willing to take up the position of Recording Secretary for the Church Council. Please contact the church office is you are interested. 715-387-2731.

Seed Money – January donations will go to help a congregational member, Jesse and Barb Nowak toward medical expenses. February donations will go to Pathway Partners, more info to follow at a later date. Please watch for the special offering envelope on Sunday mornings. Thank you!

Youth Activities! SELL, SELL, SELL! Pizza Sale is going on right NOW! Have your orders in by January 29th and plan to help make them and pick them up on February 4th at the Marshfield Senior High Kitchen. If you need extra order forms and instructions, you can pick them up in the church lobby.

Good Shepherd Women's Bible study group gathers for fellowship most Sunday evenings at 6:30 PM. You are welcome to join us at any time. For more information, please call Nancy Tibbett @ 715-389-1557.

Ripple Effect -- Marshfield Christian Women’s Connection will be hosting Rachael and Robert Snodgrass at the Belvedere Supper Club. Tuesday, Feb. 14th from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

EMPTY BOWLS event on February 18th at UW Marshfield campus. A soup lunch from 11:00-1:00 with all proceeds going to Soup or Socks to provide food and clothing to those in need in the Marshfield community.

SUPER BOWL BREAKFAST BUFFET The Super Bowl Breakfast Buffet will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2012, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the Eagle’s Club of Marshfield. The All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet is a fundraiser for the Human Services Academy located in the Tiny Tiger Intergenerational Center.

This workshop provides resources to the married, divorced, separated, dating and single. Men and women will learn how to resolve conflict, dealing with the negative reactions (the crazy cycle). They will also learn how to motivate each other by meeting each other's need (the energizing cycle). Even those who feel hopeless in their relationships will gain understanding on how to handle an indifferent or unresponsive partner (the rewarded cycle).

Ripple Effect -- Marshfield Christian Women’s Connection will be hosting Rachael and Robert Snodgrass at the Belvedere Supper Club. Tuesday, Feb. 14th from 12:30 to 2 p.m. They will delight us with music and humorous skits. Rachael will share “In and Out of Control”.

SOUP OR SOCKS invites everyone to please come to the EMPTY BOWLS event on February 18th at UW Marshfield campus. A soup lunch will be served from 11:00-1:00 with all proceeds going to Soup or Socks to provide food and clothing to those in need in the Marshfield community.

A bounty of delicious soups are donated by area restaurants and bowls created by local artists are included in the ticket purchase of $10.00. Children under 4 eat free. A wonderful array of raffle items will be available, including a signed Packer football! Tell your friends and neighbors and warm up a Wisconsin Winter day with some fantastic food and fine fellowship!!!
